A coworker recommended this company and I gave them a call to setup service. The sales person was very knowledgeable and I setup my first service. The service tech showed up on time, was friendly and answered all of my questions. I love that he explained everything he would be doing and that they knock down and brush around high areas for hornets and webs! Great first experience, hoping it continues.

We use Termio for our termite prevention but they really were helpful in our rodent issue (2 separate incidents, rats got into my husband's truck and my SUV). Within a week we found 2 very much so dead culprits and I'm sure the rest are soon going to pack up soon. Termio was quick, professional and thorough with their work. Highly recommend for anyone else looking for a pest control company!

I have had service with Termio for a couple of years now and things have worked well. We had an inspection recently and the technician that came out failed to notice the active termite infestation. I found it just a couple days after the inspection and I let them know I was quite upset that it was missed. They responded instantly and had us on the schedule for immediate service. The technician treated the affected area and even patched the holes that he had to make to get to the area. He was courteous enough to do it in an inconspicuous area as well.
